Helpful Information

Plan to arrive in Leesburg, VA (15 minutes from Washington’s Dulles Airport) by Sunday evening, October 15th. Conference sessions will begin Monday morning and continue through 4 pm on Tuesday, October 17th.

The 2023 Risk Summit Room Block has secured a special rate of $249/night from 10/14/23-10/18/23 plus a daily resort fee of $16. All rooms will be subject to a 8% occupancy tax and 6% sales tax.

Any reserved room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. These rates are for single/double occupancy. Each additional adult will be $25 per person per night.

The Lansdowne Resort will obtain an authorization on your credit card at the time of check-in equal to your total nights' stay plus $150.00 per night for incidental charges

  • Spa facility Day Passes are not available Friday thru Sunday, as the volume of guests does not allow for additional facility use.
